They have been great. Even if this Fiat does not work they are willing to continue for the car I want. Kayla is working with me and she is great.

Started out great communicated well. Told them I didn’t have good enough credit for the car. They asked to run it anyway. I let them have them all my info. They ran my credit and never got back in touch with me. If it’s a no just say so don’t ignore potential clients. I may have had a change in down payment but not even calling after running credit is rude

The person I was working with was very responsive via text and provided information on the car readily. When I went to see the car, he made several comments about how I might “steal the car” during a test drive or even how I might steal his pen (when I asked to borrow it). Not good sales tactics. Car also wasn’t cleaned well and I felt like he was more interested in chatting with my husband than answering my questions about the car.

We stopped in to test drive the Jeep Wrangler I had looked at online. Barney helped us out and was awesome the whole time. The Jeep unfortunately wasn’t something my wife was comfortable buying since it was a manual. Barney helped us with looking at their online inventory at other dealerships for Bronco’s. None of them quite ticked all of the boxes my wife was looking for. The experience was top notch and the whole staff was professional. We ended up buying a new bronco at another dealership, but would go back to this one in a heartbeat.

We live outside of Springfield, so we bought the truck basically on the videos and the information supplied to us from the sales people at lums they drove the vehicle to us. It was a smooth process.
