The salesperson stated all the models were all essentially the same, which I did not find accurate or helpful as a consumer. The interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive, and my questions were not taken seriously. This was uncomfortable given the significance of a vehicle purchase. Although a manager later attempted to address the situation, the experience had already left a negative impression. I ultimately purchased from another dealership where the staff was professional from the start. Based on my experience, buyers expecting transparency, negotiation, and professionalism may want to consider other options.
