RAM dealerships near me (Hartford, CT)

I was so excited when I saw this car, it had everything i was looking for, plus at a great price. I was so wrong. 3 days after leaving a voicemail to a sales agent I was told that this vehicle had a deposit on it for almost a month and even if I wanted to buy it that next day I could not. Having this vehicle listed on the dealers website is misleading when its not even ACUALLY available. Buying a car is a big decision as is, and with Covid it just makes it down right scary to make sure that amount of money to use on a new/newer car is the best decision for a family at this time of so much loss. Getting accurate info on a website about inventory should be the easiest part. YOUR dealership( Gengras Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) should UPDATE information and or inventory so people dont inquire information on any vehicle that isn't ACUALLY available and waste our time and yours.

dealer contacted me,and set up an appointment to see the vehicle l test drove it,and l made a deal with them to take my truck in trade,and purchase the vehicle.

Salesman Josh was very Helpful.

Was told the truck I wanted was sold when I called, then they called back that something fell through so I made an appointment to see it the next day. The next day they called and told me not to come to my appointment because the truck I wanted was sold, two hours later I got another call back to come See the truck and didn’t bother even calling back. Unreliable and communication is clearly not a strong suit for them
