Their service was phenomenal from start to finish. The first time I was in and out of a dealership in less than 2 hours when purchasing a car.

I didn't not buy from them but i inquired from them, i ended up buying from sacramento and i told them i have bought from sac but they kept calling everyday to bother, i told them take off my phone number from your call list but they kept Brothering me every single day

My sales person was excellent. The finance guy was horrible, pushing and pushing to sell a warranty and other products , he even was trying scare tactics. If the finance guy scared me too much , not only would I not buy the warranties or other products , I would not buy the car at least not at this dealership. The process was extremely time consuming especially considering there didn't need to be any haggling, I will not purchase extras ever, they just drew it out longer then necessary and I missed a romantic date I had planned for that evening. She rescheduled. I am happy with the vehicle so far. Ken f.

The team at Tracy Chrysler Dodge Ram was excellent! The car was competitively priced and they worked with us to get closer to a favorable price! Overall, we spent about 1 1/2 hours from agreeing on the price until driving off the lot with our new vehicle. We didn’t finance through the dealer so that may have cut down our time in the finance area.

Fast response, but car was advertised as "no accidents". Carfax provided indicated two accidents with both minor and moderate damage to three of the car's sides. No further interest in dealing with people who are either untruthful of clueless.
