I had a positive experience working with Ronald, who was both patient and friendly throughout the process. Since it was a slower month for used car sales, I was able to negotiate the price slightly below the online listing. However, I was disappointed regarding the keys; despite specifically requesting two, I wasn't informed until pickup that only one was available. Overall, a good experience, but transparency on the keys could have been better. They offered good price for my trade-in, but I decided not to trade it in due to how much it depreciated

They sold the car that I was interested. But they never bothered me to inform me until I arrived the dealership. I just wasted time getting there to be hassled. Not going back there for future vehicle purchases.

Their responses were timely and accurate. Sales representative Brandon was very pleasant and helpful. Finance director Zachary was very efficient and easy to work with. I highly recommend Contemporary Automotive.
