Poor customer service, found a vehicle online, visited, test drove it, waited over a week for a couple questions to be answered, only to be told another customer is looking at it so I better move. Also wanted me to pay for a broken part on it instead of including in the deal. There is many dodge dealers around. Try your luck elsewhere.

When contacted by the dealer, I decided to purchase the vehicle. Asked for the paperwork to be emailed to me and was willing to stop by within two days and pick up the car. That was the last time I heard from the dealer. I sent several emails, but no received no response. Do not trust this outfit. Very shady.

I emailed with the dealership to set up a time to test drive the car. I drove an hour and 15 minutes only to find out that the car was not available. On the next business day, I received two emails. The first email asked me if I was still interested and if I wanted to set up a test drive. The second email stated that I did not show up for the test drive and asked me to reschedule a time to come in. I was extremely insulted, as I wasted 3 hours of my time to show up for my test drive appointment, but received an email that I was irresponsible and did not show up. Very poor communication.

They wouldn't let me leave without getting the price down so low we had the buy it, my only regret is that I didn't tell them I needed the price even lower. Check the window sticker and ASK THE SALESMEN ABOUT THE OPTIONS, the sticker isn't always correct

David was great to work with and between David, Moe, and myself - negotiated a great win-win deal on the Raptor. David readily provided all the information and detailed photos I needed to justify the adventure of driving from NC to MA to secure this deal. A dealership worth doing business with!

The truck that i was looking at was for the most part as advertised, but for my trade they offered 14k on a truck that was worth 22k-26k therefore they lost my business, this was the fault of the manager, the salesmen seemed to be trying but the manager wasn't being reasonable what so ever.

Bill Deluca provided a wonderful experience. I found that this was the most up-front dealership out of MANY that I contacted. The salesman that we worked with (Larry) and the sales managers (Kevin and Moe) were extremely communicative, helpful, and professional. I would never normally say this for a car dealership, but the process through Bill Deluca was actually easy! I would recommend this dealership 1,000 times over.

They will be your best friend upon your entry to the showroom. Things change dramatically when they think they have a sale. Told salesman I was not ready to commit to purchase but did want to know what finance rate I would be given on car. I was crystal clear that I was not committing to buy. Salesman said he understood this. I fill out loan application salesman gives it to fiancé person. When I meet with finance person, he congratulates me on purchasing my new car. I told him I never committed to purchase anything and that I was clear with salesman on this issue. I ask finance person what rate I received. He says, "I'm not going to tell you" (this is absolutely true) He said if I were not going to purchase the car he was under no obligation to tell me the rate. Ultimately he did tell me the rate and it was higher than the rate I could get from my bank. He proceeds to show me what my different monthly options were. He included extended warranty in the price as well as dealer "document fees" that I was never made aware of nor told that they would be included. He also included sales tax and title. They never even asked if I planned on paying that on my own without including it in the loan. When I confronted the salesman about the fact that the finance person was under the impression I was buying the salesman said that "he must have misunderstood me." That is not possible. 5 minutes earlier I said I was committing to purchase nothing and he said he understood. From the start, salesman would not budge on the price of the car, Car Gurus lists the price as "fair deal" a few hundred under MSRP. Very high pressure as soon as they think they have a sale. I was lied to once and they also deliberately withheld information. It is clear that this salesman looks for what he considers and "easy mark." Be extra vigilant in dealing with them. If you have to interact, I would suggest talking to Sales director Mo, you are likely to get the most honesty from him, but do not expect any budge on the price. For my wasted efforts on a Saturday, all I got was an honest breakdown via e-mail of how I could finance differenty and lower my monthly payments. I received a backhand apology "we are sorry that you felt this was, that was not our intention." The funniest thing is the salesperson offered to meet with me at the showroom and he would have a bottle of wine for me LOL. I have the e-mal to prove it. A substantial lowering of the car price is what was warranted after wasting 2 plus hours of a Saturday here. Be very cautious in any dealing with this company. Do your homework, get your financing and unless you are happy with the internet price, do not go in expecting them to lower the price at all.

the dealership are okay but the GM bank are a nightmare it take almost 3 week just to process my loan and i still didn't have my car yet.

I dealt with their CS, and they were very friendly, but they didn't have what I was looking for.

Did email back a couple times but never responded after my last email with any suggestions.

Spoke to one person on the phone, asked for them when I arrived but some other person came out. Looked at a car alone then came back with spouse to look at it another day but it was already sold even though I called to check on it just before coming in. They told me to come in to see it even though it was unavailable.

They were excellent. We worked out a price, and they took care of a couple of issues with the car and we made the deal happen. The Salesman came in on his day off on two different days. Great job.
