RAM dealerships near me (Boulder, CO)

The dealership agent always contacted me to see if I was interested in the truck.

The dealership did not have the exact model I wanted, but allowed me to order what I wanted and honored the price deduction at the current time.

Got a lot of run-around from this dealership. Tried to schedule a test drive on-line, they never got back to me. Called to schedule test drive, was on the phone 10 minutes back and forth about whether they had this car or not, only to be told they didn't have it.

I was interested in this Dodge ram and I was extremely satisfied with his honesty about it

Great Team to work with.

Car was not in working order. Stalled when sales staff pulled it out for us to test drive. We were unable to test drive it. Have never heard what is wrong with the car. Also, when we walked into the dealership, we had to wait at least 20 minutes to even talk to any sales staff. When finally "helped" by the sales staff, the salesperson started with asking us canned questions from a questionaire such as "what car are you driving right now" It was very impersonal and a waste of time.

Came to look at a vehicle, told them about what I'd be trading and then was left to sit with zero help for an hour. All sales people were busy. Looked like three to 4 sales managers just sitting around talking and couldn't be bothered to help me until I walked out. Then didn't remember any of the information I had already given them. Felt like I was only a paycheck for someone. I would not use this dealership. Horrible management and customer service.

My hats off to Mark Hart the salesman to assisted with the whole process. Excellent experience and look forward to buying from auto nation again. THANKS AGAIN MARK
