Amazing team it was my first time driving a Santa Cruz, it just was not the vehicle for me.

I contacted this dealership multiple times about this vehicle and they never responded. I’ve tracked the price for a couple of months and over the past week they increased the price by $1800. Not a company I’d want to deal with.

This vehicle was over priced for its condition. The paint was as on the hood. $1500.00 to repaint and clear coat. So offered $1500.00 less than asking price. Not willing to consider the offer after test driving. Then 2 days later they dropped the price of the vehicle. No negotiations at this dealership when valid. Sell as is and think the vehicles are worth more than hey are.then received several emails and texts wanting to negotiate after the fact said willing to negotiate within reason. I drove 2 hours to make a purchase and they just waisted my time They want to then negotiate after you walk away. I don't like games. The offer was reasonable went I was there.

Dealer quick to respond to my inquiry. Listing accurately describe the conditions of the vehicle. The truck was clean and ready for me to test- drive. The dealership staff were friendly and accommodating. They were honest and respectful. Highly recommended.

I almost bought at another dealer until their pushiness turned me off. I returned to Koons Kia. They treated me right. The battery was as old as the car and gave me trouble. They immediately diagnosed the problem and replaced it. I would definitely recommend Kal and the folks who handled my purchase.

Their price was fair, negotiation was fair but Jesus Christ their communication was horrendous. I spoke to many different people over several days and I had to constantly call in to check the status of everything. I would only deal with them again if there was a car I absolutely wanted there. They need better turnaround times and communication.
