Dealerships near me (Purcellville, VA)

I try to call for days. Emailed back to back. Finally got a response. Called, asked them about the financing and down payment. There was no form of help. It’s o, your credit bad the bank won’t allow me to accept the down payment. I’m talking about the car 6000 I’m putting 3000-3500 down. So there no working with or around that??

I drove for 3 hours to see 2 vehicles. One of them had been sold the month prior! The other was in terrible condition; smoked when I turned it on, check engine light came on while I was test driving.

Drove about a hour and a half and the dealership was closed got there around 3:00 pm and the hours of operation said close at 6:00 pm on Saturday. No note or sign to say closed. I called the number on the door and the person that answered said sorry we are not open today.

Someone from the dealership did respond with in a few minutes of my request.

Overall the way I can describe this dealership would be like this. If you are going to buy a used vehicle just go somewhere else especially if its not a Hyundai because they will try their hardest to sell you one of their newer vehicles instead of the one you inquiring about. However the staff is super friendly and will answer any questions you have solid 4 star dealership
