Spoke to dealer requesting availability of 2011 JGC Overland advertised on internet. Answers were acceptable and told them I will make a decision in two weeks.

The process was so much easier than having to go and wait all day in a dealership. The paperwork was already waiting on us. The salesmen and other staff were very kind, nice, and courteous.

Great salesman, honest negotiation, and overall easy experience.

They had online price of 6494.00 with no pictures spoke to Ron Maybe have to screen shot his name because he was chewing food ask cash price was told 7500 when ask why it was 1000 more than online I was ignored when contacting his boss was completely ignored I wouldn't waste my time if they can not respect a customer enough to stop eating and speak or can't uphold listing they gonna lie about safety and reliability of a already used car take your money elsewhere

Started out good. They got a little pushy on wanting me to stop work and sign paperwork. After the paperwork was signed didn't hear from them for a full day. told them in the beginning that I wanted the car delivered. When someone a day later after the paperwork was signed thought I was coming to pick up the car. I told him I was going to have I delivered we got the time and date set I took off a half a day of work to be at home when the car got here. Two hours late contacted Miles the person I set up the delivery with nothing. Contacted the bank they used nothing. it has been 4 days still no word.
