The car Broke down on the test drive and I had to sit on the side of the road for about 90 min waiting for a rescue. When I talked to the manager Pete I joked with him about a deep discount jokingly to make light of the situation. He said not sure he can do that now he had to buy a batter for the truck.

Worked with Jackson. He was honest & professional. Communication was excellent but never felt over the top or pushy. The team behind him were excellent to deal with too. Valley Honda priced it fairly from the start so I didn’t feel the need to negotiate pricing. Car was as advertised and the whole process was very transparent and efficient.

Not a reliable dealership. Buy a new car from these people but never a used one. Less liability and their inspections for used cars are trash due to no good mechanics at this place

Typical….Wasn’t the best experience, wasn’t the worst. They did put an up charge on the vehicle ( unnecessary Etching fee) that raised the price of the total cost that I didn’t catch until it was too late unfortunately. If it wasn’t for that I would have rated them higher.

Meh, on the phone they didn’t know the size of the vehicle, made appointment, called ahead, showed up and it was like we never created an appointment.

Very helpful and upfront about any issues the car might have. Great negotiation with the price
