CARMAX Plano was an awful experience. Rude customer service! Not a single person stood up to greet us, just sat in their chairs and made us come to them. Nobody helped us search for the vehicle on the lot, we were told “it’s somewhere out there” and pointed to their large car lot. I called the dealership to confirm vehicle was still available, drove two hours that same day to the dealership only to be told it was unavailable.

The car advertised that it had 13,000 miles. After calling, I discovered it was Not Actual miles.

I didn’t end up purchasing that day but Daniel was extremely helpful and makes me keep Don Herring at the top of my dealership list as I still search for the right truck.

I got ghosted by the sales rep I was working with part way through negotiations, and despite repeated contact attempts.

They advertise the vehicle for $2000 lest and then tell you the price is 2 grand more because of their protectant's are applied before the car goes on the market. No haggle price so there is negotiating the $2000 protection you don't need.

Answered my email right away. Unfortunately the car got sold before I was able to get there to see it.
