Terek was great went in purchased 2 cars on the same day in and out in about 90 min

CARMAX Plano was an awful experience. Rude customer service! Not a single person stood up to greet us, just sat in their chairs and made us come to them. Nobody helped us search for the vehicle on the lot, we were told “it’s somewhere out there” and pointed to their large car lot. I called the dealership to confirm vehicle was still available, drove two hours that same day to the dealership only to be told it was unavailable.

The car advertised that it had 13,000 miles. After calling, I discovered it was Not Actual miles.

I didn’t end up purchasing that day but Daniel was extremely helpful and makes me keep Don Herring at the top of my dealership list as I still search for the right truck.

I got ghosted by the sales rep I was working with part way through negotiations, and despite repeated contact attempts.

The price was 2 grand higher than advertised

Answered my email right away. Unfortunately the car got sold before I was able to get there to see it.

They put 12k worth of fees on the price they advertised online. They have a dealer for 3k just because but that’s added when it’s time for financing
