Would not recommend, after communicating with online staffmember and driving one and a half hours I was told by in person staff that the van had sold the day before. They offered me far more expensive vehicles, then after I expressed my displeasure several employees gave excuses and offered fuel cards for my trouble. I refused and two days later the vehicle was still listed on their website.

Jarod was very informative, was kind and knowledgeable, the car was clean and ready for my pickup, my trade in was decent for it’s condition, I hated to part from my Ford Taurus SHO, loved that car! Jarod had me out within a half hour, the car was in Rochester and I was from Olean, i cannot say one bad thing, Great service!

I was contacted by three different people are telling me three different things. All promising me three different results and not one of them was true when I arrived at the dealership, I was told there was a VIP event happening and that I would be offered more than trade-in value on my vehicle and when I arrived, they didn’t know what I was talking about the salesman that I had been communicating with told me he would be there all day when I arrived. He was not available. I had to deal with somebody else. And the deal that they gave me was an absolute joke. I do not recommend this dealership at all.
