I called inquiring about the color of a vehicle advertised on Car Gurus but they would not tell me. after almost a week, they said the vehicle was no longer available.

I worked with Mark Barlaan, the Internet Sales Manager, and he was great. He was very responsive by emails, and was able to answer all my questions, very quickly. I had been looking at several used trucks, from Roseville to San Jose, because I had a particular set of requirements for my purchase. The one I found at Steve Hopkins, met 90% of them. To me that's a win. After comparing it to my other options, I made an appointment to meet with Mark. At the appointment, Mark gave me plenty of time to look it over, and give it a thorough test drive. Mark worked up a great price, and I bought the truck that day. They washed the truck, and filled the tank, before I left. That's great customer service. I would highly recommend Mark, and the team at Steve Hopkins Honda and Acura, in Fairfield, for a new or used vehicle purchase.

We bought a CPO from this dealership, and everything was excellent, even when we closed the deal with Gabe and Mike. Upon coming home, we are missing a home charger and rim lock. Not only did we have additional questions about the warranty we bought. I sent emails for about a week, then two weeks, and now three weeks, and still no answer. Spoke with Alan and even forwarded the email over to him, but now nothing. They did mail us our charger, but would not resolve the rim lock issue, because if I need to change tires on this car, I can't, and they are not taking responsibility for that, even though waiting for answers to my email has not been possible. This makes anyone question a dealership's after-sales service. One thing that also amazes me is that they try to blame us for missing the vehicle's rim lock. Tripled check the car and nothing and they want us to pay for it to be replaced. disappointing experience.
