Picture of Honda Fit Sport was the pictures of two Different Hondas combined. Although it's been months since was first up for sale, they haven't lowered it by not even a penny! Not in tip top shape either....

Over two days of communication, we arranged a cash purchase for what was described as a simple transportation van and even coordinated care for a family member to complete the purchase. When we arrived, the original van had not been inspected or serviced and had visible body damage (fender and bumper). It was in such condition that we chose not to test drive it. We were then told another van would be brought in from a different location. After significant delays and poor coordination between Bellflower and Montclair, we waited over 2.5 hours while repeatedly being told the vehicle was on its way, when it appeared it could have been retrieved much sooner. During this time, we were given an estimated out-the-door price that continued to change. Additional items such as door bumpers and window tint were added—even though the vehicle already had tint—raising the estimate by approximately $2,000 before any final contract was presented. Poor effort by manager to make me buy the car, instead he tried to offer a Mercedes I had no interest in, he did not even give a test drive in the Audi, he was more focused on the Mercedes, and allowed me a test drive in the Mercedes instead. I was terribly disappointed at the lack of effort. No offer of finance, or willingness to negotiate my 2014 Hyundai Sonata trade-in which was in excellent condition at 84,000 miles.

Their advertise on line price showed the asking prices for $16900 when I called in to show interest on the vehicle they changed the price to $17900 while I was on the phone.. bad business they appeared to be so dishonest and unprofessional over the phone..

Everything was good until they blindsided you with 5k of non negotiable dealer fees. Then once they tell you that they will say we will go our best to lower those fees as much as they can. They came back with us and told us they could only lower the fees by 500 bucks. What a job then to top it all when we told them no we’re not interested the sales man was a complete douche. Don’t buy from this place, you’re better than that. Don’t get scammed!!!!
