While the salesperson Memphis, was great, the management is not upfront and straightforward! They add some form of unintelligible "security insurance " and you cannot opt out of it!

Eh. The salesperson who took me on the test drive didn't know much about the car and thus couldn't answer many of my questions. When I tried to leave afterwords, telling him I'd think about it, his Supervisor came out and tried for 15 min to get me to sign something, anything before leaving. Talked over me and laughed when I brought up legitimate concerns.

Terrible experience. Had to request info multiple times through car gurus and they still didnt reach out. Eventually i took initiative and set up a test drive. They took my credit app and then never got back to me. Ignored my messages and calls and didnt bother to tell me the car had sold

Friendly and professional. I am still considering their vehicle. They are still a strong potential for getting my business. At this point it's simply coming down to who wants to get the sale. They have made a solid offer on my trade in and their vehicle is competitively priced. I am looking at 2 others cars this evening and will be making a decision by weeks end. Of course lowering the price could change that immediately. LOL Seriously Joseph has been great to work with as has been the rest of the team at Westcoast Auto Sales.

Watch out! They will automatically add $799 or more to the price advertised online for window tint and alarm whether you want it or not, and will not remove it to bring it back to advertised price. Just a marketing ploy to get more $$ for the car. Ended up buying elsewhere.

Westcoast Auto Sales promptly contacted me and were good. 4 stars instead of 5 because they added needless dealer accessories that is not included in the price. They are non negotiable however when I complained they did knock off a few hundred dollars. It's unfortunate they need to resort to these sales tactics. The salesman who contacted me was courteous. I am still going to look at the car, but it will be under intense scrutiny and a thorough test drive. None of this quick drive around the block stuff. Update: Nice facilities and the salesman was a pleasure to work with. His name is Joseph. However after a thorough test drive and inspection, we didn't get a deal done.

Unbelieveable experience. Finally I found the exact car I wanted at the right price. When we travelled 5 hours to reach the destination, they told us the price was going to be an additional $2000 because they installed window tinting and anti-theft devices. They would not sell the car with out them and yet did not declare the price with them until we showed up. They are dishonest and unethical and I would never deal with them.

This is a clean dealership lots of great cars too choose from; the sales man was nice/ can't remember his name. But they do have some hidden fees so beware( security features- tint film -XM/radio- cost $700-$900 bucks) that they will try too add in on financing as extra along with taxes & license fees!

As a protection while the car is on our premises, we install 3M film Protection to protect the interior(lifetime warranty against discoloration and Ultra violet rays) and Theft Protection(Pays up to $25000. if the car is stolen).
We've priced our cars 5% to 9% below like cars in the market to offset these items. Majority of our customer feel it is an intelligent decision to keep these items

Dealer did respond but told me there was a deposit on the car already. Asked if I would like to drive it. I asked that they let me know if the car sold or not. If not sold I would come over, but, it did sell. That was the end of contact. Still got one from another dealer.

Noted in the original information to not call. Use email because I'm very busy at work. They called sent a text to apologize. Returned the text. Said no worries and explained my position. Ask for the car fax got it. I sent an email asking when my contact would be working. Never heard from them again. The car I was interested in is advertised every day in an email I get from car gurus. I'm on to another car now. Will never do business with them.

Customer service was great to a certain degree due to the fact that they were not willing to negotiate. They made no effort to lower to price which led me to purchasing another vehicle from another dealership for cheaper than I would have paid for this vehicle and the car has less miles and is a more recent year. They did treat their customers with a lot of respect which was nice and could be taken for granted.

After receiving an email on Friday night 9/2 at 8:00pm from a SUPERVISOR. Stating the car I was interested in was there and ready, I made arrangements to see the car the next day at 11:00. I was told see you then. I drive the 40 miles to the dealership, I show up to find the guy I was dealing with who said he would be there was not, NOR was the car, it sold 3 days earlier. They other salesman wants to show me another of the same make an model car, but they don't know how to move the car that's in front of it , I had to help push the other car out of the way. The other car had a burning smell to it which the salesman tried to convince me was coming from cars on the street. Uhhhh No. I asked if there were 2 keys and he tried to tell me that they only come with one key. Lie. Further more I sent an email to the supervisor who assured me the car was there , I explained I was disappointed that he was not there nor the car.... He did not even bother to respond or apologies. They are unorganized, and unprofessional. Stay away...

I asked for a lower price but the finance manager name Albert said "you can go to a different place to buy a cheaper price and don't waste my time". But I don't know why they still check my credit twice, becsuse I saw an alert from Experian Credit Agency and I am working with Consumers Conplain at this time.

The only issue I had was the same one a couple other people mentioned. They show a picture of a car with rims and tinted windows at a great price, and then you see these are optional features (in my case almost $4000 more) just list the car at the price with options included. Otherwise responses were quick.

Since I was coming from out of town, I asked the salesman to please call me if the car sold so I wouldn't have to drive 4 hours for nothing. Well the car sold the night before and I didn't get a call so we drove out there with the intent to see the car but ended up looking at a car at another place.

Won't go back. Was working a deal on Christmas Eve. Since they were closing early and financing was taking awhile, the finance guy told me he would call or text me to let me know if it came through or not. I agreed to come in on Saturday to hopefully finish the deal. I received no call and finally called them. I was told that they had sold the truck that morning as soon as they opened. Not even a courtesy call to let me know they didn't get the term I wanted or to see if I would still think about the other term. I understand the numbers don't always work, but if someone says they will call you, you expect them to keep their word. When I called them, they said they were too busy to call, but they had called my wife twice that day trying to sell her cars since she submitted her credit app online, they didn't even realize who she was. So, they had time to call her to make a sale, but not to call me about a deal we were already working on a car they had sold. They offered me a car wash for my troubles because they said it looked like my car needed it. On top of that, they didn't give me my registration on my potential trade back, so I had to return to pick it up. I told them when I would be in and when I arrived it took them awhile to find it, nobody had any idea where it was even though they knew I was coming. Went to another dealer and got offered 3k more for my trade and found a better truck for the money.

Worst dealership I have ever had to deal with, it seemed to me as if they had NO intention on selling the vehicle I was interested in & didn't feel they wanted to work with me to make the sale. I was told the vehicle was out of my price range, just to let you know, I bought locally & the vehicle I purchased was 2k above the Westcoast vehicle & had NO trouble financing. I will NOT be recommending Westcoast Auto to anyone I know.

I paid for a 3rd party inspection of the vehicle; the inspection results were overall good; however, the inspection revealed at least 2 additional "blemishes" on the car plus discrepancies between the advertised options and the actual options on the vehicle; there was an additional 3000 miles on the car over what was advertised. Finally, I specifically asked (on 3 separate occasions) for close up pictures of the inside door panels (they appeared to be scratched/gouged). Those pictures were never sent.

I was in the market for a new car since my previous car was totaled, but throughout the entire process, Cesar was my main guy that I worked with to help me get back on my feet with a new car; from the moment I first set foot on that lot, he greeted me with a big smile and did all that he could to make sure that I get behind the wheel of a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta TDI. Everyone knows how frustrating the claims process can be but throughout that time that I kept Cesar updated on my insurance and that I was very interested in the car, and he took good care of me. He held the car for me as well worked with me on financing, smooth process overall. I can't thank him enough for his kind service, not once did I feel pressured or pushed like you would experience at other dealers, the guys at West Coast Auto really know how to treat their customers. When it came to the final paperwork, Rick was very helpful and outlined all that I needed to know about buying a car and helped me with laying out financing options. You guys hit a home run this time around because I am one happy customer! Thank you all so much for helping me out and being so nice to me!

Johnny Apodaca was amazing ! My car got totaled and he helped me get into the car of my dreams. He helped me get into my 2015 Ford Mustang with very low payments as well. He wasn't a pushy salesman at all and his man goal was to make me happy and pleased with my car buying experience. He was super nice and communicated with me extremely well due to me applying and picking the car online without even seeing in person first. He is amazing and assured me I would be very satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend him to anyone. Coming from someone that had been turned down everywhere I went before he is literally the car God !!!

I cannot begin to tell you how happy my family is that we purchased our 2014 F-150 from Westcoast Auto Sales in Montclair, Staring with Joey our sales rep, to Albert who assisted in the financing, to General Manager Ali, these guys by far made this the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had. No pressure from Joey. Clear, informative, and knowledgeable financial advice from Albert. To going above and beyond to satisfy the customer by delivering the truck to our front door from Ali. If you are in the market for a vehicle and you don't give WCA a look, you are just throwing money away and adding to your stress level. Highly recommend WCA.

I live in San Francisco but couldn’t find the model I knew I wanted locally. However, I found two at two different dealerships in L.A. (CalStar and WestCoast Auto) and so planned to fly there over the weekend to check out both. In the meantime, I connected with sales at each and began gathering CarFax reports, photos and lining up pre- inspection mechanics. Although each sales rep was initially forthcoming with my requests for data, it was WCA that had an early and obvious edge on CalStar. Where WCA was quick and forthcoming with every request I could think of, CalStar was much less agreeable in virtually every other. By the time I arrived to look at the first vehicle at CalStar, the independent mechanic advised me to save my money and go elsewhere. The car was quite abused in his opinion but my salesman only indicated a single (major) issue AFTER I booked my flight. This left me down to one vehicle and this is when WCA really shined. WestCoast paid for my hour Uber trip from Burbank to Ontario and I found the car I was looking for. I couldn’t find a second pre-inspection mechanic on the weekend and was exhausted by Saturday night so Jonny, Ali and Rick paid for my hotel which was very generous. Even though I still had questions all through Sunday, they then gave me the keys to the vehicle for that whole evening to blow off some steam and get some fresh air while I waited for a Monday morning pre-inspection. The Monday inspection went without a single issue, as WCA had ascertained to me and that made it possible for me to buy with confidence at their stated price. This was higher than the historical reported dealer advertised sales but with WCA’s attention to my comfort and understanding of my unique logistical situation, they earned my gratitude nonetheless as I sailed on back through the 115 degree heat in comfort and style. The day before coming in to see what my options were, I could not sleep. It was so much stress and pressure figuring out if getting a car was a good move. My credit was not the best (fair), and with two children, and a brand new job, it felt like a fantasy to be able to qualify for anything at all. Then I met Cesar. Rapidly I began to realize the case was not what it seemed. He quickly told me the credit range I would qualify for and pulled up a list of cars that would be perfect for my budget. With preferences mentioned, I was on my way to finding the perfect car. He took me to the different options I had and gave me many tips on what to look for (miles, year, modifications...). He is a VERY honest and knowledgeable person, VERY patient, friendly, and professional; he made one feel like family. I asked stupid questions and he gave me logical answers without making me feel stupid. I felt like I could be me; like I had the power to make my own decisions; I never felt pressured and NEVER felt like he just wanted my money. After looking at about 5 cars, I decided to make my decision and it is the best decision I could have made. I met with Argenis (manager) and quickly got hooked up with the perfect car for my budget; I definitely feel like I got more than I paid for. Argenis is honest, quick, friendly, and caring. He gave me the best deal for my money without me having to even mention it; it was a deal I could not resist. I learned a lot from this experience; not all dealerships are what people believe (negative). There are honest people out there who truly care about your well being and Cesar and Argenis are one of them. Thank you SO MUCH for your amazing service. I will definitely be returning and referring people to this dealership.

After wasting my time at other dealers, I came into west coast, previously had spoken to Johnny, and was able to get a car! Argenis was able to get me approved, and helped me out a lot! The thing I liked most about coming here was that I wasn't there for 5 hours, I was probably there two and a half hours max. Thanks a lot Johnny and Argenis! Make sure you ask for them when you go! They're financing is crazy!

I purchased a car from Westcoast on July 17th and it was the easiest car buying experience. Vanessa assisted me with the car sales and made sure I was receiving the absolute best rate for my purchase. She was very informative and took her time to give me all my options. She also went looking for the car in the hot sun (which was much appreciated) Argenis handled all the paperwork and took his time to clearly explain all my "dumb" questions. I never felt rushed or manipulated and that alone made my experience enjoyable. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from them.

The entire experience working with WCA was exceptional. I found a vehicle on their website, and received quick and remely responses to all my questions. They were able to finance me despite poor credit, and worked to insure I didn't pay a ridiculous interest rate. The dealership was clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and they were completely up front about everything. They had the transparency of CarMax, but with the service quality of a brand name dealership. It was a great experience across the board, and I would be more than happy to buy all my future vehicles from them.

West coast is the best dealership out there. We just bought a 2015 Mini Cooper 2 door hatch and we couldn't be any happier. This is the third car we've purchased from here and surely will not be the last. We worked with Joel and he was wonderful. He showed us all the features, was helpful in answering all of our questions and even helped us hook my phone up to the Bluetooth. I've been to a lot of dealerships over the years but west coast auto is by far the best dealership I've been to 5 stars isn't even enough stars to give them I would give them 10 if it was possible. Albert and Chuck were awesome they took care of all my needs and made sure that what I wanted happened the atmosphere there is very positive and up lifting they truly understand the importance of customer service if you are looking for a car west coast is the place to go they will take care of you, as for me there is no other dealership I will go to in the future when I'm ready to buy another car I'm going back to west coast #1 dealership hands down thanks again Albert & Chuck, of yeah I cant forget about Mario he's the man hooked up my car treated it like if it was his own thanks Mario Love the Rims and new Spoiler!!

West coast Auto makes deals they can NOT keep!!!! After making a deal with the salesman on a handshake and sign the agreement I Drive over 100 miles back home go to the bank get the loan and the following day set up to drive back down there and pick up my new vehicle. just before I get on the road to make the 2 hour drive back down there.l get a phone call and salesman tells he's going to remove the tires & wheels that were on the vehicle I wanted to buy because that is going to be an additional $4,000.00 This Place is a joke DON'T GO THERE!!!

Beautiful cars, I am happy with my purchase. Selling price seemed fair with fair trade in. That being said, I would have given five stars if given a better finance rate. There website advertises as low as 1.8% and was given 3.2% with a FICO score of 830

Everything was going well until I got pulled into the back office to sign documents. The manager keep saying over and over again they are losing money on the deal and added Gap insurance, extended warranty and window tinting. I told him I came there with the intention of paying the full list price and nothing more. He kept saying he had other parties interested in the car. After almost walking out on the deal numerous times he finally removed the Gap insurance and extended warranty but he charged me $800 for the window tinting that I didn’t want, but was already on the vehicle. There was also additional work that was agreed upon prior to meeting with the manager that was dropped from the agreement. He then wouldn’t accept my pre authorized loan from my credit union and put me on his loan company at a higher rate, telling me I had (5) days to pay off his loan company. I love the car but hated the buying experience.

We apologize for your negative experience, however, we make it very clear on our website and on all third party websites that we advertise with that the list price does not include any governmental fees, licensing, or any add-ons:

"...The price for listed vehicles as equipped does not include charges such as: License, Title, Registration Fees, State or Local Taxes, Smog Fees, or any upgrades installed by dealer such as but not limited to (Luxury Tint, Upgraded wheels package, Upgraded sound systems, etc..)..."

As for the financing, we allow our customers 5 days

Dealeeship not open during weekend...in order to contact a sales rep, you must leave your contact info as if you are calling into a call center, to.wait for a return call. Not professional at all.

Where no other dealer would either have the car I was looking for or be able to find me financing; my credit was in pretty bad shape, Westcoast Auto Sales did! My Sale Rep, Rick, was very professional and efficient

Following an accident in which my Mercedes CLK350 was a total loss, I was feeling an urgency to buy a replacement. The first vehicle I stopped to see was a Mercedes GLK350, but it wasn't as comfortable as I'd expected. I told Albert that I wanted a Mercedes, but wanted something less expensive to buy and to maintain as a daily driver. As I usually do, I got distracted by the S-Class and CL-Class and others that were really more than I wanted to spend, and would have been older and had more mileage than what I said I was looking for. I have a Maserati Quattroporte that I don't want to commute in regularly, so I really didn't need another high-end car that would mean more expensive maintenance and worse gas mileage. Instead of pushing me to buy a more expensive car, Albert was not only honest about the higher maintenance/gas costs, but showed me some C- class vehicles that were newer with fewer miles AND had all of the amenities I wanted, particularly bluetooth capability, navigation, Command center, etc. I ended up buying a beautiful 2012 blue C-250 coupe with only 22,000 miles on it. It is a Carfax- certified, one-owner vehicle that looks brand new, and is an absolute JOY to drive!! Albert made the whole process fun and easy; he's not pushy but offers his honest opinion with the pros and cons of each car I asked about. He also made the purchase process much less onerous than it usually is, and I got financing that was even better than my credit union, which is hard to find. What I liked most, and the reason I decided to buy from Westcoast Auto Sales, regardless of the specific car I chose, is because they have a HUGE lot of beautiful, high-end pre-owned and even some new cars. I think there are something around 190 cars on the lot. So I knew that I would find something I liked. But probably the thing that impressed me most was that I got home and, after talking with my son who of course wanted me to buy an S-Class, I thought I started to doubt and thought I made a mistake. I called Albert the next morning (on Sunday!) to tell him I might want to exchange it because Westcoast has a policy that you can exchange your car for another within the first 2 or 3 days. But I was so afraid he was going to give me a bad time, or try to talk me out of it or make it difficult. But he was absolutely fine and said to come in and we'd fine something else I wanted. As it happened, when I drove to work the next day, I loved the drive and decided for sure that I wanted to keep the C250. It's so comfortable, easy to drive, but fast and responsive, and the mileage is amazing compared to anything else I've driven. I love it more and more every day. My boyfriend went with me and now he's asked Albert to keep an eye out for a particular SUV he's looking for, so I think we'll be back soon :). Albert and Westcoast Auto were a great find. Car buying ought to be fun ... and it was.

I was really interested in one car. This dealer could not finance me. While an actual Mini dealership did. They didn't try hard to work with me..

In your case, we really advise against working with sub-prime banks, as they charge up to 24% interest and are regarded as “predatory lenders.” We hope to succeed with your financing next time around!

Bought the 2012 evo here. Super clean car at a good price. Staff was very professional and friendly. Sam is a man of his word and went above and beyond what he needed to do to sell me this car. I would will do business with West Coast again.

This dealer and everyone working there were professional and the overall experience in purchasing a car from Westcoast Auto Sales was exceptional!!! I drove 2 hrs from San Diego on Father's Day in which I arrived at 4 pm (mind you they close at 5). I saw the Mercedes Benz that was listed on the Car Gurus website that I wanted, I was offered a good price for my trade-in and a really great rate, I signed a few papers and drove off the lot with my new car. I was back home by 830 pm. I would recommend this dealer to any one who is looking to purchase a great quality luxury car without all the drama in purchasing a vehicle.
