I called at 1 pm to inform the dealer I was coming the next day I arrived at 11am and the car was sold. Not even on the lot it was gone. I find it hard to believe the car existed at all, because they have been trying to get me to buy other cars through email and calls. this is the 2nd time Ive had a bad experience with a Van Horn dealership, the other being in Milwaukee

This was a great experience. They got me approved for a loan with out killing my credit score. They fixed the only wrong with the truck. Plus Miranda made sure I got my truck back as I work long hours and hard to get there. She worked with me. Great place to get a vehicle start to finish.

They contacted me after inquiring about a vehicle as I wanted to know the price. I asked to send an e-mail with the price and didn’t receive. A few days later got an e-mail from them still with no price. I responded and asked for the price and I got a response the vehicle was no longer available.
