Typical out of step dealer still operating before the internet. Asked a simple question and was provided a template email response that said nothing. I was interested in this truck, but based on the dealers response its not worth the time and effort.

Not very negotiable in person or over text. Just for them to turn around and drop the price by a bunch days later

I had no issues

My jeep wrangler got totaled and was looking for a replacement I came to vision Hyundai looking at a 2022 jeep wrangler. I made an appointment for 5pm on Friday. When I got there I was informed that the Jeep was on recall for a clutch at vision dodge in panorama so I had to drive there just to look at the vehicle. The sales man, Billy Blattner, gave me his cell and informed me he would update me every step of the way; however, it was like pulling teeth trying to get him to communicate with me so instead I had to contact the dealership to get an update. Safe to say I cut my losses and moved on. I told Billy if I liked the car I had a check in hand and ready to go. I would steer clear of this dealership - no sense of urgency. If this is a how they treat vets (8 year navy vet) then I can’t imagine how they treat their customers.
