Highline is a great place to get a used vehicle. The team here made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I never felt pressured or rushed. The staff was upfront, honest, and willing to answer every question I had. The vehicles were exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly. What stood out most to me was the genuine customer service from Jeff. It’s clear he cared about giving the best service possible.

Our salesperson, Ned, was great. He answered all our emailed questions. We weren’t able to make it into the dealership for a few days and he provided updates on the availability of the truck we were interested in. Time at the dealership was better than expected. Overall a very good experience.

Dealership was honest.

The salesman was less than honest about the condition of the truck. He mentioned that there was a tonneau cover on the floor of the back seat. He failed to mention that it was unusable due to missing parts and a big rip in the fabric. I didn't notice until we got home that the airdam valance was damaged beyond repair, and that the back-up sensors were not working. I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone.

Tariq was wonderful. It was the two door coupe which I ended up not liking. Highly recommend Tariq and this dealership.
