Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership… because of my schedule I tried to do most of it over the telephone so when I got there, I could test drive the car and then possibly sign the papers. When I got there, the salesman laughed and told me I’m sorry but the car you came for isn’t available but here’s this one instead a car with over 250,000 miles not at all what I was looking for I felt as though they knew the whole time what I wanted they never had why they were advertising that car. I don’t know because the transmission was going out on that car so it wasn’t able to sell. I don’t recommend that dealership the manager or Oscar the sales person to anyone.

Messaged with one of the salesmen for two days before driving an hour and a half extra to come down to check out a car. I told him our budget and asked if they would meet that. He said “absolutely.” Came down. Drove the car. Checked it out. Sat down with the finance manager and he said, “sorry to waste your time, but no. We won’t take that.” We wouldn’t have even come down if I hadn’t been told that he “absolutely” would take our budget. Disgusting customer service. Waste of time. Go somewhere else.

Quick response from them. I’m working on rebuilding my credit and they were able to work with my budget. Plus, they worked on Sunday which other delears do not do. Great help from them.
