Well, the staff and Danny were all amazing. Unfortunately, the vehicle I was looking at did not meet my expectations and unfortunately, we were too far apart in numbers. But understanding that it was new to them I walked away satisfied with all the communication in the effort that was involved, them seem fair to me.

My salesperson, Tim, was helpful and responsive — this review isn't about him. It's about the dealership's post-sale follow-through. My purchase included a $1,500 "Zurich Coating" charge. I was told it's applied to all vehicles and isn't optional, yet my understanding is the paperwork lists it as optional. Before leaving, I asked for a copy of the contract and was told I'd have it the next day. Over a week and several follow-ups later, I still have no contract or documentation for this $1,500 charge. I was also told the vehicle included a charger. At delivery the charger case was in the truck but empty, with only the outlet adapter — the charger itself was missing. When I followed up, I was told it "didn't come with one." I've made multiple direct attempts to resolve this, including reaching management, with no meaningful response. Buyers: get every add-on charge and included item in writing before you sign, and verify all equipment is actually there at delivery.
