Daniel and his financial manager Ryan were excellent to work with straightforward, no nonsense no lying. There were a couple discrepancies that I was unaware of that we talked about and figured out other than that though it was a very good experience.

The dealership said vehicle not available. I did notice they kept vehicle listed and I felt that this was dishonest of them.

would award this dealership zero stars if possible. The two salespeople we encountered were utterly clueless about the van—a 2023 or 2024 model that should have been pristine. Instead, we found torn seats, scuff marks all over the entertainment center, and the interior hadn’t even been vacuumed before the test drive. Save yourself the hassle—avoid Carmax entirely.

So simple to understand & easy to work wth

On August 25, I found a car there, made plans to see it that following Saturday August 30th. Unfortunately the saleswoman was unprofessional. Talking over me, questioning why I was wanting to get a 3rd party pre-purchase inspector to see the car(car mileage was extremely low on a 2015, and driving 7hrs each way), not wanting to allow her coworkers to agree to said pre-purchase inspection, and finally wanting a $3000 deposit AND for me to complete a credit check application , despite me already telling her I was going to finance with Navy Federal. I spoke with her boss who was willing to accept my requests, but by that time I didnt want to buy their car.

Kind and informative but I was underwhelmed with the prep work on a car for someone reviewing from another state over the internet, Pay attention to details.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Had to return car due to some major concern. Hopefully it will be fixed and returned running tops. If not will be returning it for full refund.
