Dealerships near me (Oak Park, IL)

The dealership took care of all my needs and questions. I did spend more time with the business manager than planned.

I went to check out the vehicle and it was gone and I did not get notified that they had sold the vehicle

Very bad customer service. And management is horrible. Tell you one thing than come back and say another. Do not truest these guys

I have been trying for a week to get Hawk finace manager to call or email me to get the process started. I bought a Jeep Sahara last year from Hawk Chevy, and that was the best experience I have had buying a car. This dealership sucks, I was hoping to have everything done by Saturday and go pick the car up. So far I do not recommend this dealership to anyone I know!

Great service

Misinformation on availability. Very poor communication. Told me car was there. They sold it several hours earlier and did not communicate it to me. Waste of an afternoon. Oh well too bad attitude.

Very good service

Overall quite knowledgeable and friendly. The transaction once we decided to buy took too long. Also realized that perhaps we should have spent more time with the salesperson for them to explain how to connect our phone etc. It is much more complicated than it should be and I have no guidance now and will have to see if the manual helps. But i didnt realize this at the time

Sales representative was very polite, Communication was very good, the sale representative wasn't pushing to sale me the vehicle. Wich I appreciate very much during my shopping experience

Not good at all gave me the run around on every question, did not get back to me when they said they would. Car was making noises during test drive in the rear they never bothered to check it for me.
