10/10 experience! Staff was supper communicative, kind, and helpful! The entire process from walking in to leaving with a new vehicle took about 3.5 hours, and during our wait they even made sure we were served lunch. How kind! They were extremely transparent on pricing as well. This place is amazing and I would definitely recommend!

I inquired Laurel BMW about the 2025 Mazda Miata convertible and ask them if they had fixed the hail damage on it and they said no that they were going to fix it in contact me as soon as the car was fixed I never heard from them. I went to the dealership on a Sunday to see if it was still available, and if the hail damage was repaired, the car is still available, but whoever fixed the hail damage did a real bad job. They could’ve called me and told me the car was ready, and I would’ve gone to look at it, but I had to go on my own.

It being my first car purchase, it was such a smooth process. The staff at Land Rover were helpful and Allen was a great help in processing our purchase, showing us the car and transparency was also great. They were very helpful with making sure the car was ready and they made sure to fix a few dents caused by recent hail storm. Car guru information was accurate. The car was just like it was shown in the photos.

All questions I had about the vehicle were answered to my satisfaction.

Everything was pretty smooth up until shipping the vehicle. That was our hiccup moment. Was told by two different people that I’d get a call outlining the whole process, instead I just got a text saying my vehicle was on the way leaving me to scramble to find a way to make sure I was home in time to receive it.
