Good dealership

I discovered the trunk took a lot of force to open. It would slam shut like a mouse trap. This thing could literally break every bone in your hand, I was relieved I hadn't cracked the rear window. The guy showing it to me acted surprised, but car guru's website stated this vehicle had been on the lot for 2+ months, so.. interpret that how you will. Then I finally get to the negotiation table. The car was listed online as 13.5k in price, but after fees? It costs 22.5k. I was being pretty chill, and now the manager is gaslighting me acting like those are normal dealer fees I should flat accept. Cartoonishly aggressive sales tactics. Out of nowhere, he agrees to 14k "plus taxes and fees" (uh, so we agreed to nothing and raised the price?) and abruptly gets up, storms off to the office, looking genuinely pissed. The sales rep apologizes. It felt like "good cop" and this was a shtick, but maybe he actually felt bad. Bottom line is, I got the heck out of there.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. They suck. They try to lowball me on my trade-in. I knew how much my trade-in was worth

Having purchased maybe 20 cars for personal and business in my life so far, I can honestly say that Tri-County Lexus was the worst dealership that I have ever worked with. Initial purchase was fine, but like so many other reviewers have stated, the follow up is a disaster. I would never purchase a car from these guys again. So disorganized, no plates, still no key I was promised, and being bounced from place to place. They own the Toyota dealership across the highway and don't seem to understand why people would rather buy a Lexus. If you speak to a manager like I did, follow up calls result in surly responses from the phone receptionists. They will also tell you different stories talking themselves into confusion with their own lies. Glad I called from my offices recorded line! Stay away from these guys. They are a joke.
