Dealer claimed that vehicle was available as late as 7 Pm Following Day was there at 11 am after communicating with sales person that morning at 10 am get there and salesman was ready to start car other sales person comes out yelling that car is gone sold last night cash buyer This was staged and I’m sure they have used this practices before Throw a car out there for sale that seems like a good deal to the public and once they show interest nice them to come to dealership and try to sell them something else.

I recently purchased a 2020 Mercedes E63S from out of state, and the entire process could not have gone more smoothly. The car arrived exactly as described—absolutely flawless with no issues at all. The customer service I received was top-notch; they were responsive, professional, and made the whole buying experience stress-free. It’s rare to find a dealership that delivers on every promise, but they truly did. I’m extremely thankful for how easy they made everything and couldn’t be happier with both the car and the service. Great, My Salesman (Reggie) was out standing we worked out a Price we both could live with and bought the car over the Phone in 3-days after he contacted me Of Course, Car fax's, Multiple pictures, back and forth, And one the fifth day I was Driving it home. This dealership has been giving false information, they claim that they will contact me regarding the availability of a car and never did, even after me following several times. No good customer service.

Couldn’t ask for better service.
