Great staff is very helpful, I wasn't able to retrieve check until the next morning due to getting my other car around, but they have a great guard dog and made sure my truck stayed safe until I was able to pick it up.

Tom was great to deal with! Landers always has a great selection of vehicles.

Communication great. However full transparency of repair work completed was not accurate.

A total waste of time the person I was talking to didn't even have the knowledge of the suv. Didnt kno anything about it weather it was on the lot or is there a problem with the suv. I traveled over 55 miles to be told that suv is not available when the online person kept leading me to the lot saying it is. Big waste of time

constant inquiry about when I would arrive and then wasn't prepared when I did arrive. the dealership didn't even have correct screws to attach temporary tag
