Awful experience!! I came to the dealer to see a specific car and was told repeatedly that the car was available. Upon arrival, the only good thing to happen, the receptionist greeted me and ensured I sanitized my hands and did a temperature check. She told me they were short staffed but would have someone with me shortly. I literally stood, waiting for someone for 30 minutes until finally someone came over who had no idea why I was there or what car I was interested in. (Again, the receptionist came to check on me every 5 minutes or so and offered to help but could only do so much...) The gentleman who asked why I was there went to get the information about the car I was there to see, I had the VIN & inventory number and used that information over and over again so there was no confusion on what car I was interested in. 5 minutes later he came back and said that the car was in their inventory still, but they can’t find the keys but also it sold. Waste of time!!!!

Not a very good one at all never buy a used car from them. The car I took for a test drive was not fixed it still had something wrong with it not a safe vehicle
