Manager wa s very pushy. 3 days after purchasing vehicle i decided it wasnt for me and contacted dealer to return it and management said they do not do that. Just about every dealer has a 7-10 day return window. Would not recommend buying from this dealer.

Due to the distance from Georgia to Texas, I had to fly into San Antonio to purchase my 2014 Mustang. Christian took time to pick me up at the airport and was extremely helpful during the sale. The Mustang was exactly as advertised the only thing that I was not aware of was the Dealer Prep charge and Anti-Theft charge. Even with those charges added the car price was well worth the trip. They also included my Georgia State Sales Taxes in the sale which helped me by not having to fork over $1,600 upon return to Georgia. If you were to ask me would I buy from Nissan of Boerne again, I would absolutely buy from this polite and professional dealer!

I bought a car from them. This car fit my criteria exactly. They complied with my request to put the car on a lift to inspect the underside. They naturally tried to sell me stuff I didn't need, but we came to an agreement that I'm happy with. I pick the car up tomorrow. When completing the negotiation with Nissan of Boerne, I was somewhat uneasy that I did not get access to all the paperwork until I picked the car up several days later. When I did pick the car up, all the documents were handed to me in a sealed envelope. In my hurry to drive off in my new used car, I did not open the envelope. Only after reaching home did I review the envelope's contents did I discover that I was charged $199 for the Vehicle Prep Package. I was unlucky enough to see and test drive the car before the car was prepped. If they charge this much on every car they sell (which I believe should be the cost of doing business), it's a rip-off. I was also charged $95.00 for a Theft Package. i have no idea of what this is about. My car doesn't seem any more theft-proof with this $95.00 charge. Maybe these "surprise" charges are the new normal. but they don't make me want to recommend this dealer. The car still seems like a good purchase. I financed the purchase and don't know if these charges are enough to follow up on.

Visiting this dealership was a pleasant experience. Their customer lobby was very accommodating with a free snack bar, beverages and candy for customers shopping for a car or those waiting for their cars to be serviced. I enjoyed my visit with them and look forward of coming back to this dealership when needing another vehicle.

Sorry I did this on my phone. I didn't see the overall experience rating. Your staff helped me get the car I wanted. Ruben and his staff have been very helpful in the transition and transaction to my new vehicle. I felt comfortable and at ease with my purchase. 5 STARS all the way. Nothing but compliments almost every day I drive my 2007 Corvette. I hope to continue my relationship with your service and staff in the near future. Once again 5 STARS.

Bad, bad, bad experience: I normally do not like to complain and post negative comments about a business, but my experience with one business yesterday really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I wanted to make other people here in Central Texas who are planning to buy a car aware of the kind of scheme they might encounter. Don’t do business with this dealer if you are in Texas and are planning to buy a car: Nissan of Boerne Let me share my story, so you can see why I advise you no to do any business with this dealer I was planning to buy a pre-owned Nissan Altima, until I saw in Car Gurus ( a listing for a new “Altima S” for a really good price and with a cash back bonus incentive. The price listed was around US$ 3000 less than the original price and also had a cash bonus of 1,750 if the car was financed. 2016 Nissan Altima 2.5 S - $17,899 I called them to make sure about the prices and about the cash back bonus incentive. They gave me the final price with taxes and I realized that was above my budget. They reduced the price to $17,000, without taxes and title, and they mentioned that the cash bonus was not really part of this offer. I mentioned that was still above my budget, so I would buy the pre-owned car that I saw at another dealership. Then I received two more calls from this dealer. The last call was from Rodrigo, who convinced me to go there, telling me that he could give me a better deal since he was the manager. I agreed to visit the dealership on Saturday, since it was a 90 minute drive from Austin. I let him know that I was in Austin, and that I did not want to drive there if he was not serious about negotiating the price. Saturday morning I texted Rodrigo before leaving home, to tell him I was on my way and to make sure the car was still available. He confirmed that it was. I drove to the dealership, and asked for Rodrigo. He was taking care of another customer so he asked me to wait for him, but told me that in the meantime another salesperson, whose name I do not remember, would take care of me. The other salesperson came, and I gave him the VIN and the stock number of the car I wanted to buy. He went inside to search on the computer for the car and came back and told me that, at the moment, the car was being driven by another salesperson and that he could show me similar cars. I insisted that I wanted one exactly like the one I saw and at the same price I have seen on cargurus. He agreed and showed me two cars. I liked both cars he showed me and he mentioned that he would honor the price I saw and that I could choose any of the two cars. We sat to go through some paperwork and to negotiate the final price. I showed him on his computer the listed price in Cargurus. He said that he needed to check with his manager, went inside another office and came back with his manager, a guy with a big attitude and very pushy manner. He said that the price for either of the cars I had just seen was around 22K. At that point, I was starting to get annoyed; I told him I wanted to see the specific car that I had driven down from Austin to see. Both went back inside the office and came back out with the excuse that the car I had come to see was already sold. When I asked when it had been sold, and why they had not told me before so I wouldn’t have to make the drive all the way there, he said that they did not know when it was sold and that it was not their fault. Then they tried to sell me other cars for a higher price, around US $3000 more. I insisted that I would only pay for a car with the same specifications and price that I had seen listed on the Internet. They went back to the office and came back with more options that, of course, were more expensive that the initial one. And they told me that the car had been sold that very morning. Tired of this runaround, I just left. Thinking back on this, I think the car had probably not been sold, because went I first got to the dealership, at around 2:00 PM, they said that the car was not there at the moment, but that they would call the salesperson who was driving the car to come so I could see the car. My conclusion was that their practice in this instance was to list the car price on the Internet very low to lure people into the dealership, which after all is out of the way for someone from Austin or even San Antonio, and then, when people come, they try to convince you to buy a car for the same price that you would find if you hadn’t gone out of town.

They were persistent with contacting me, too persistent. They contacted me 2-3 times a day until we went in. They would not honor the price listed on the car guru app. I will never do business with Nissan of boerne.

Purchased SUV listed on At first, the salesman told me the vehicle had a significantly higher price. I mentioned cargurus and they brought the price down to the advertised price. Other than that, everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and helpful.

Kind, adaptable and with great follow up. I found a more attractive deal with a VW dealer; but will definitely consider Nissan Boerne for future acquisitions.

Probably the worst experience I ever had at a dealership. When I contacted the dealership through, a man named Dallas responded. He seemed organized enough and he answered his emails quickly so I figured I'd drive from San Angelo to Boerne to check out the car. Now, I know the car is high milage so I knew what I was getting into but I didn't know the car was going to be SO TRASHY. Before I made the 2 1/2 hour drive I asked Dallas if there was anything about the car I needed to be warned about before I drove all that way, and he left out a lot of details. The car was a disaster. Trying not to waste the trip, I asked him what the dealership had appraised my car at and he said $12-$13K. Funny, KBB and Edmunds say my trade-in value was $15.5k even with whatever minor faults my car has. I will never go to this dealership again even if they have a car I am really interested in. Just not worth it. If I could give this review -2 stars I would.
