Great experience for buying a car

Add 4k of dealer junk fees onto the list price to get your OTD. Misleading advertised price.

Had to ask for my keys back 3 times when I wanted to leave. Salesperson also held onto my identification in his pocket and also had to ask for that back as well. Sales guy also scheduled me for an appt on Friday following my first trip to dealership that I did not schedule. I was contacted friday am to confirm my 2pm appt that I never scheduled or spoke to anyone about.Super bad business practice and also very unprofessional.

I had a very disappointing experience at Nissan of Duarte. I was interested in a Lexus ES 300h that had been sitting on their lot for over two months. Before visiting, I was clearly told they could help with both the price and the interest rate, and they also promised they would cover my Uber ride to and from the dealership, whether I bought the car or not. Once I arrived, everything changed. They refused to negotiate the price at all, despite the vehicle not selling for months, and their attitude quickly became rude and unprofessional. It was obvious they were only interested in moving forward if they could overcharge me. What made the situation worse was that they attempted to charge me for features the car does NOT have, specifically Mark Levinson speakers, which this vehicle was not equipped with. Buyers should be very careful and double-check the options, because this felt extremely misleading. When I decided not to buy the car, they refused to pay for my Uber ride back home

False advertising. Once I got there and saw the car and found many defects with the car, they jacked up their advertised price by more than $5,000.
