The salesperson Rhonda was extremely nice and helpful but upper management is clearly about trying to swindle potential customers. First, they advertise a car for $4,000 over the market value and then they justify it by saying we've dropped the price of the car by $7,000. They were trying to resale the car at an inflated price due to the chip shortage and all used cars were selling way higher than they should have been at that time. Guess what, the price of used cars have gone down and you're still trying to get the value of the car from 2 years ago. This car has been at the dealer for over 2 years waiting to get sold and you would have to wonder why. The price is too high!!! Only a fool would purchase a car that's THOUSANDS OVER the market value. Let's see what happens when they have that car on the lot for another 2 years. Hope it was worth it. I would have purchased the car if it was at market value which is $4,000 less than their asking price. Good luck!!

From the beginning the customer service was not where I wanted it to be. When I said I wasn’t ready to buy that day the dealer seemed to be done with me. He showed me the car, but when I asked about test driving it he said since I wasn’t going to buy that day it would be more complicated and we’d have to fill out more paperwork? That didn’t make sense to me. Then someone called to ask if I’d come back the next day. I told them that the day I came was the only day I was available, and again their tone just seemed off and annoyed. They asked me a couple more times if I’d come the next day. If I’m spending $25,000, I expect a little more genuine interactions. I really liked the car, but I’ll look elsewhere for the same car.
