Bait and switch. “Just got the car in can you come tommorow?” I arrived the next day and was told we just sold it.

We got this car for my son, they were fast to respond and easy to work with and help us stay in our budget. The car was in great condition and my son is very happy!

I went there, There were supposed to be 2 G90's there-Silver V8 & a White V6-NEITHER vehicle was there!!! They were at another location-I made this appointment last week-The guy told me that they have a AI system that responds to correspondence-So,Who scheduled the appointment? AI?Then he had the nerve to ask me was a paying cash or financing -Really? Before I left,I told him you've wasted my time-Get both vehicles here to this location and call me when you do-Then I left...

The staff that I dealt with was extremely rude. I made an offer for the Tahoe and ready to walk out the door with it and he turned rude and stated "I can, but I won't". He also tried to tell me the extended warranty was not negotiable and it was part of the price, he offered to give it to me at cost (the warranty) but said he could not remove it. When he realized i knew it was optional he then removed it and would not negotiate. He restated "I can, but I wont", and walked off. I walked out. This was a finace manager.
