Nissan dealerships near me (Closter, NJ)

I asked for a purchase order to know the final numbers on Monday 2/2/26 from Noreen. She said she would get those to me later that day- nothing happened. Called the following day- same ordeal. I asked in the mean time to send over pictures of the underneath of the vehicle- she said she will have that done. I followed up 2 days later (Thursday) and she said they were having the wheel repaired and a scratch removed in the rear. Monday comes around nothing still and she said the sales manager is behind on giving the final numbers to me! Long story short I find out on Friday 2/13/26, so 2 weeks later from the receptionist that the car has been sold. Thank you Noreen for leading me on and not verifying the information you give out. If you go with this dealer, talk to the receptionist she actually took the time to verify.

This dealership pulled a bait and switch. I test drove the BMW i wanted to drive but i received it totally dirty as if it was in a rain storm all weekend. All cars at this dealer have some type of GPS connected to the ignition that i was told is "on all the cars" there at this dealership for ant-theft purposes. It cannot be removed even if you purchase the vehicle. This adds an extra cost to the car. After i didnt buy the car the stupid salespeople were rude and sent rude text messages like typical used car salesman. STAY AWAY!
