Did not spend any time at the dealership was told to come in to finish the deal on Monday but it got sold on Saturday not even notified that it was sold.. had to find out through cars guru got the car was sold. I also had a car to trade in before the car was sold and they didn't even acknowledge that. If a deal was made with a customer for the customer to come in on Monday but it gets sold on Saturday that shows you there is no loyalty to customers at least in my opinion

Gave deposit, went to pick up car and they didn’t give me the car because something was wrong with it. Bad communication.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience at Kia of Englewood.

Terrible. Was told the car i wanted was getting fixed for the power steering issue that was a safety concern. It locked up during my test drive. The day after it was supposedly getting fixed I was told someone bought the car. Horrible service. Will never go back.
