Sales person was helpful with follow-up and communicating with me.

I was interested in a vehicle Sheely had in stock. I called up and spoke to a salesperson Heath, who said the car was available for sale. I let him know that I would make arrangements to come to town to inspect the car. Meanwhile, I applied for a loan to cover the cost, and made arrangements to fly to town and inspect/purchase the car if all was good. The very next day to my dismay the price of the vehicle had increased by $1500. When I asked about the difference in the advertised price and what I was now being quoted, I was told that the market dictated that the price should be $1500 more than what was advertised on multiple sites including Sheely's site. I had my bank send over my loan approval paperwork anyway, and decided I would pay the extra cost out of pocket. When I called Heath to confirm loan info had arrived and my appt date and time, he said the car had been sold 5mins before my call. I was told later that day by Sarah Lane that the car was still for sale, then crickets.

They wouldn’t let us look at the car and then had us waiting for hours for financing. I was approved by a lender prior to coming in and yet they said that they wouldn’t accept it and that I needed to apply with their lenders only.
