Really easy process. Walked in they handed me the key to the car. I took it for a test drive. Told them I wanted it and was as easy as that. Almost too easy.

The sales person lacked knowledge in the sale process and the car features. After making an appointment to see a particular vehicle on the lot we were pressured to test drive a vehicle other than the car we went to see. We eventually purchased the car we wanted but there were a couple items we were told would be taken care of before delivery which were not. We were told the Inspection sticker would be done which was not. Lots of miscommunication during the delivery process.
