Sales staff, great. Finance, poor. Never, ever returned my calls or texts.

The owner said he could get me a guaranteed approval and then proceeded to run my credit 7 times from 7 different financial institutions just to tell me my application got denied. He then said he would follow up the next day with updates which he never did. Communication and overall experience was a 0/10.

If I could rate this 100 I would! Hands down the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from! I was just browsing online and they dealership called me and was very helpful, upfront and HONEST. I lived 4 hours away and they assured me if I made that trip that I would drive away in the vehicle I wanted, and I done just that. The process was the fastest I’ve ever experienced with no issues. They even called every week since my purchase to make sure I was pleased with my vehicle. Definitely recommend and will never shop anywhere else other than Steele!

If you are shopping anywhere else, you are burning money! Absolutely the best customer service from phone calls to follow up to drive up & drive off.
