Dealer is very friendly but needs price flexibility on Ram.

Friendly but price listed on cargurus was very different than actual. Salesman was surprised I had done research. Sales manager claimed he would be losing money even if he sold it for $1200 more than price listed on cargurus. Plenty of excuses for why it was more than the price he listed.

It was pretty evident I was the victim of a bait and switch ploy. The car I inquired on 5/18 was apparently sold (I was informed once I got there) they had me test drive other colors etc. A week later I see the same car I wanted to buy had the price increase by roughly 1,000 dollars. The dealership tried claiming a third party site had the incorrect information.

I recently turned 60 I have owned dozens of vehicles and this by far was the best dealership I have dealt with. Every part was smooth and courteous from the first phone call to the delivery in our driveway.
