I simply wanted the GMC Terrain since last Monday and everyone was just baffled by my 2 applications, (I only filled out 2 because Joe told me to). I asked if my credit application was received and everyone spent their time talking about how I have 2 different names. NO ONE HELPED ME WITH THE CAR OR FINANCING. Then new guy gets on the phone late in the day on Friday and says "I'll call you back" and 5 min. later the GMC is SOLD and I never heard from anyone at this dealership again. Literal waste of time because I have a low credit score and you assume I'm not worth your time and effort. I'm a widow, a single parent and I'm just doing my best trying to get a car within my means. Your staff obviously wants no part of that.

The whole team was AMAZING!! GREAT sense of humor and super friendly and VERY helpful!! Will be buying my next vehicle here as well.
