This dealership is the most true to their word of anyone that I dealt with during my vehicle search. The vehicle was exactly what they said it was. Al, the owner, is very customer friendly. I would do business with them again.

Overall, the service was okay; the vehicle I was looking at had multiple issues not mentioned in the listing. A lot of the rust was painted over, and it didn’t include some of the packages it said it came with on the listing. Nothing wrong with the people, but just need to be mindful of what you are looking at and aware of what you are buying.

Peter and Lewis are some great young men from start to finish. I am so happy I talk to Pete the day before I came there. He gave me great advice and the next day I had to meet him because he was so patient when we were on my phone. He answered all my questions politely and honest. When my husband and I got there we met them both and the worked as a great team. I met the owner and he was just as nice and business ready! I know where I will be referring my family and friends❤️I’m enjoying my nice ride Pete!

Tim and Helen were fantastic. Car was great and buying process was easy.

Waste of time and effort, staff could not coordinate simple communication. Had lots of hidden fees, refused to take $1000 off the price. Honestly a bunch of clowns. Do not do business or get service with these bozos

Experience was good

Great experience and quick. I was able to test drive and draw my own conclusion. Spent bout an hour, or hour and half top for the whole process. They were very respectful and informative. I will be purchasing my 2nd vehicle from them soon

David Diaz was my salesman at this dealership and I can honestly say… I’ve never had such a pleasant experience. I found this same make/model/trim of car at another location… and for a week, it was a constant headache and disappointment. I took a chance and inquired about this one and I’m so glad I did!!! I highly recommend Mazda of Cary and David Diaz and the rest of the team that made this possible for me☺️

We called about the car was told to come by and they had issues with the car before we got there so it went to the shop. No one called to let us know as it was a 2 hour drive. So we drove for nothing.
