Truck was posted on dealership website for four days. I inquired on day two. Was told the truck is “immaculate”. Made an offer which was not accepted. THEY called ME the next day wanting to make a deal because it was the end of the month. Made another offer. It was turned down. I added $600 to the offer and was told they would let me know. They called me back and said “we have a deal.” Asked me to start completing credit app, which I did. I was told the truck was being detailed. I asked for confirmation that the truck was cosmetically as they described, as I didn’t want any surprises upon arrival. The truck had 35,000 miles on it. I’m three hours away and started to book a flight or arrange vehicle transportation. I was callled back an hour later and told the deal is off because the truck didn’t pass inspection. Something about a sunroof. Said they are selling to a whole seller. Probably found a better offer. Complete waste of my time and two days. Again… THEY called ME. Terrible!

I called the available posted number and was routed to Scott who was working remotely handling calls. He was outstanding and we were able to put a deal together rather quickly. I have huge praise for Scott. Definitely an asset to your organization.

Car description was fraudulent. Engine described as running fine, but PPI discovered severe leaks from both valve covers. Brakes were described as good, but PPI showed issues with front rotors and glazed brake pads indicating very hard braking and overheating. Cosmetic was described as good with 1 paint chip, but PPI showed 5 paint chips plus the hood was not aligned correctly, meaning the "no accident" description was probably bogus as well. Front bumper appeared repainted as it did not match color on rest of car, again pointing to an accident not reported. Air condition did not work. PPI uncovered many other issues. Jay B (Sales Manager) is a smooth talker, but they hide the truth about a car and take no responsibility for providing false descriptions of the vehicle. They did not offer to fix the faults, nor would they lower the price so I could get the car repaired properly. They priced the car as if everything was in great condition. BEWARE! Do NOT buy from these people.
