Dealerships near me (Morristown, TN)

Didn't even see the vehicle I went there to see, so not even sure if it existed, they wanted me to pay $6000 down on a $7000 car, without even seeing it or driving it, or confirming it was there. Told me my trade in was only worth $130. Worst experience I've even had at a dealership, felt like they just wanted to get rid of me. Felt like a scam, I will never be back or ever recommend Ferris.

D. was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the Explorer we bought. He was very helpful with the whole process! I highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a vehicle.

Haven't committed yet but communication has been pleasant and without aggressive sales pitches. I am just waiting on the VA to make a deposit so I can do business

Staff were friendly and helpful to a point. Found that the price was a lot higher than most dealerships. They weren’t too flexible on price. They didn’t come down much on asking price.

Fast service

Staff was super quick and super helpful. They gave me all the information I asked for. Very good service. Haven’t made purchase yet, but so far they have made it easy.
