False information the car is not New. It’s actually a loaner and it’s not available until two months. Just trying to catch the customer to contact them

Not professional in messages. Keeps asking me to send my information in PDF format and I don’t know how and they keep telling me PDF. Instead of being helpful and informative their answers are very short as if they’re wasting their time. Besides this one instance they have been helpful.

Dealer lured me there under false pretenses. The car was not there and as he said hadn’t been there for a while when I confronted him. A very shady operation. Be very careful of this dealer. Fancy computers and offices and salesman was young and very charming and putting his hand out for a fist bump like he was dealing with an adolescent!! The dealer has responded to my review above by stating I was contacted prior to my appointment and advised that the vehicle had already been sold. That is false - I contacted the dealer 35 minutes before I arrived at his lot asking if the car was available, and was told it was. Had the car been sold, the salesperson Sebastian, should've said that it was no longer there, instead he took me outside to show me "similar vehicles I might be interested in, while the car you asked for is being brought here". There is no transparency in your company and there was no miscommunication. I stand by my review and want nothing to do with your company.

Sold me the car, we signed the contract. Then I drove all the way from new Hampshire to New York to pickup the car that was a gift. When I get there they told me they sold the car to someone else a night before. What??? Are you serious??? A day before at evening they call me and i asked then to put a big red ribbon on top of the car for a surprise and they agreed. Very irresponsible that was very dishonest and disrespectful with someone time and plans. They made me feel like I had been scammed, they get all my personal information for nothing???? Very unprofessional, many phone calls from different people from this place asking the same questions to do the process, how you can trust that, how can you feel safe doing such a important transaction??? Worse place to shopping for a car.

Really annoyed that they played games. They claimed the car had been sold which was nonsense cause I had just spoken to them and confirmed an appt. The car smelled absolutely rancid and was soaking wet inside, they clearly were trying to mask something. Completely wasted our time. Will never go back. We gave another dealer $30,000 of our business instead
