Jeep wasn't ready to be sold ..still in shop..car engine died while looking at it...not good at all

Zach did a wonderful job explaining the buying process and answering all my questions. So happy with my purchase, beautiful vehicle!! The only thing I would say is that the company that was supposed to deliver my car put me off time and time again. Unfortunately, that does reflect on the seller. I hope that they fire that company! I ended up having to go pick up the car myself, and the experience was a bit tainted only because of that.

I bought this car sight unseen from reading BMW. The contact was entirely with their Sales Rep, Sabrina O. It was a straight forward deal as the car was virtually new with only 1,261 miles and the warranty had only been activated in April 2026. It was priced fairly, and there were no hidden or unusual charges so there was no haggling involved. Sabrina videoed the entire car for me, pointing out two very minor scratches which she had her body shop address. Sabrina made the process easy as she LISTENED to my questions are responded succinctly. No unnecessary salesman comment or monologue with this lady! The car was delivered to my driveway in Ohio without issues.

The staff was great you get greater as soon as you get there. It has a nice waiting area. Im pleased with the results the salesperson made it possible for me to get the vehicle.
