All the staff at the dealership were very nice and helpful. I would buy another car from them when and if the time comes.

Went to test drive and had to wait for them to unpack salt from the car. No issue until we get in the care with a sales man who claimed he knew nothing about the car until the car stalled 2 minutes into the drive. He then admitted they knew that was an issues but he assumed they fixed it…I just left.

Me and my wife drove 108 miles to buy her 2025 Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition from Hertrich. We feel that everyone there is laid back and not pushy. We did 90% over text and email. The process was very easy. All of the paperwork was ready to go when we arrived. They had great communication and they responded very quickly. We would drive there again and buy. We do not have any complaints.

I was surprised how many old customer Mitsubishis were parked near the new ones. You can immediately tell people keep these cars for a long time instead of dumping them after a year.

I asked for a quote and it came and went into my spam folder. By the time I found out the car was sold. It wasn't their fault and I would have bought the car if I had seen the quote in time.
