The Experience from Manager Jose and his finance team was awesome and I’m not one to brag on anyone but he was courteous and didn’t push but I also knew what I wanted so it was a easy sale after the road test was a little hesitant on the price we discussed but after getting the Gap and the Extended warranty I was not bothered buy the price also can’t put a price on peace of mind gotta remember it’s an investment to get you to where you have to go in satisfied and and I had had more money I would have brought my girlfriend an upgrade but when I do I’m coming and buying it from Jose appreciate it my guy and shout out the finance guy he got me in and out Good job hope you triple and double your sales signed Brian

I liked the overall background. Nothing over the top. No feeling that they are trying to impress you. Just a normal working atmosphere. I actually prefer that over those “perfect” places where everything feels too polished to be comfortable.

Dealer added $2500 to price quoted on Cargurus, and the car had a lot of issues that were not noted in the description (dry rotted tires and hood damaged from hail). It was a wasted 3 hour car trip.

Me and my wife drove 108 miles to buy her 2025 Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition from Hertrich. We feel that everyone there is laid back and not pushy. We did 90% over text and email. The process was very easy. All of the paperwork was ready to go when we arrived. They had great communication and they responded very quickly. We would drive there again and buy. We do not have any complaints.
