Working on a purchase

It took me a week to even get someone to answer any questions. I sent emails, text messages & I called over & over. I talked with one sales woman named Stacey finally after 5 or 6 days of trying to get a hold of somebody. She tells me she would get the information on the car & give me a call right back. She never called back. When I call back 6 hours later receptionist refused to send me to a salesperson other than the one that didn't call me . I told her I just want to know if the car is on the lot because I'm an hour away and I'd like to know before I drive all the way down there. She told me she's can't tell me if the car's on the lot so I asked for any salesperson, she refused to transfer me to salesperson & told me they'd call me back again which they did not. I had to email the general manager just to get an answer about a car that's still advertised as available days after the general manager told me that it was wrecked and was being repaired. I work harder than they did to earn
