Mitsubishi dealerships near me (Chicago, IL)

I was in communication with Dionte who claimed to be the sales manager at the dealership and we agreed on a price for the vehicle. I live over 3 hours away. I cleared my work schedule to drive down, test drove the vehicle and went in to go over the numbers. Suddenly they had a problem and wouldn't honor the agreed on price, went up over $2,000. They will say anything just to get you in the dealership. Wasted over 6 hours round trip in the car for nothing. Shady tactics.

Best customer service ever. I came in as a new customer left out as a new cousin. Hands down the best dealership in Matteson. I HIGHLY recommend Aaron and Dennis. Literally made this happen with their faith and perseverance. We family for life!

Wasted 5 hours of my day driving up there, just to find out it wasn’t cleaned and ready to go. The. Crash detection sensors and back up camera weren’t working right and lights on dash. They knew all about it, but never listed it in description. Wouldn’t waste my time with them again.
