I had a disappointing experience at this dealership. I was genuinely interested in buying a car and was ready to move forward, but I felt like I wasn’t given a fair opportunity. The communication wasn’t very helpful, and the process left me frustrated. I understand that financing decisions have requirements, but I expected better customer service and clearer explanations. Unfortunately, I left feeling like my time wasn’t valued. I hope they improve how they treat customers in the future I really try buying the truck for a down payment for 2000$ but they said no

When did see the car and needed couple bodywork the door wouldn’t open right the brake pads and rotors were all rusted interior was nasty dirty I would not buy it

The place was small and cramped and the cars were not clean. The salesman was very nice and helpful

The salesman (Gabriel) was very helpful, kept us informed and was great to work with. Since we live out of state he made the process very easy and convenient. The financing manager was very good to work with too.

Was able to look the vehicle over in great deal. Did not put it on a lift but was ok with it. Guys there spoke my language, cars, cars, and more cars... drove 233 miles to see the car and had no problem walking if the car was not represented according to the ad, pics, and conversations i had with sales. But it was accurately represented.. my best advice to anyone buying anything, anywhere. Become educated with what you're buying before you buy.. smart buyer's can avoid surprises, and be realistic. I bought a 21 year old car, but I also knew what to expect. These guys exceeded my expectations. Thank you guys..

Great so far hope to buy it soon maybe late September or November

All I asked for was a text concerning its availability and the out the door price to be texted. For days I believe the only communication was from a bot of some sort
