TLDR: deceptive practices, adding fees after agreeing to a price and run arounds This dealer has a listing on cargurus.com for a 2019 BMW X1 for $18,600, which would be a great price. However, the deception starts there, as when you go to their website, it has that as a “finance price”, so the real price with $1,995 down would be $20,599. I made an appointment on Friday and arrived shortly before 11AM. (Note: it’s terrible finding parking, and their lot is full, no parking), I was greeted by Emre who told me the car is not there, and we had to drive to another lot. That pissed me off a bit as isn’t that part of making an appt that the car “is actually there and ready”? Alas. The car was really nice and we completed our test drive. After we got back, I chatted with Emre. I said I was interested but wanted to make sure I could have the car for an independent PPI. That was not possible. I could only have a mechanic come by and look at the car on the lot. I asked about the out the door

Vehicle was in good shape. Walked out when the price on CarGurus was $13,888 yet after exorbitant fees, some of which were “for a third brake light as ‘DMV has been on them” (3rd brake lights were mandated in 1986 for cars and 1994 for light trucks and vans) and other additional things they quoted me $19,200 for CASH buy. Taxes would be about $900 with title and registration another ~$210. About 1100. They tried to charge extra $4200 in fees and “add ons” to vehicle. Complete scam

Was told the Mazda was available. I tried to call in to place a deposit. Then was told it was sold. Absolutely disappointed

It took a couple of weeks to get actual pictures of the vehicle. When a vehicle is put online, it shouldn't be "in transit or in the shop" before putting it online for sale. The vehicle had multiple dents in it
